COMMITMENT DAY IS HERE!
1. Print out and complete the SCSN Medical Release form: Click for SCSN Medical Release Form
2. Complete the SCSN Player Club Commitment Form (https://scsnvolleyball.sportngin.com/register/form/002922184)
3. Register for the 25-26 SCSN/USAV Junior Player Membership, click here: 25-26 SCSN Junior Player
4. Print out and complete the Club's Financial Agreement for the 2025-26 season: Click for 2025-26 Financial Agreement
5. Print out, read, and review the Parent & Player contracts (two pages): Click for Parent/Player Contracts
6. Make a deposit payment by clicking here and indicating the athlete's name along with "25-26 season deposit" in the text field.
