COMMITMENT DAY IS HERE!
1. Print out and complete the SCSN Medical Release form: Click for SCSN Medical Release Form
2. Click to complete the SCSN 2026-27 Player Club Commitment Form (NOTE: On Club Selection step, scroll to find Angels Elite VBC for club name; then for Team name, indicate team your player was placed on ex: 15s-1 Nationals / 16s-1 Elite / 17s-3 Select, etc. - see pic as reference)
3. Register for the 26-27 SCSN/USAV Junior Player Membership; click here: 2026-27 SCSN Junior Player
4. Print out and complete the Club's Financial Agreement for the 2026-27 season: Click for 2026-27 Financial Agreement
5. Print out, read, and review the Parent & Player contracts (two pages): Click for Parent/Player Contracts
6. Make a deposit payment by clicking here and indicating the athlete's name along with"2026-27 season deposit" in the text field.
